With nearly a decade of race experience, Julia has developed a deep passion for both the thrill of competition and the discipline of year-round preparation. Beyond racing, she actively gives back to the mountain bike community — contributing to projects like the women-led rebuild of GHY at Duthie Hill and representing in events such as the Girl, Huck Yeah! film and Crankworx’s Deep Summer photo contest. Now in her second year at the University of Washington, Julia balances school, work, and racing — carving out dedicated time to fully commit herself to progression and peak performance.

Shay Konieczka has been passionate about mountain biking from a young age. In 2026, he will race age 19 and enter the Pro category for the first time, building on several years of experience in downhill racing and recent participation in national events. Next season, he plans to compete in the full Monster Energy Pro Downhill Series and several Crankworx events. Outside of racing, Shay enjoys building and maintaining trails and coaching, recently completing his second year coaching with the Sweetlines Jr Racing team. He is a senior at Skyline High School, taking classes through Running Start at Bellevue College, and is excited that his online coursework will provide greater flexibility for racing opportunities.

Nory has been racing bikes since 2017, growing up immersed in the Pacific Northwest riding scene. Entering the 2026 season as a Cat 1 (17–18) athlete, she is fully committed to pushing her progression both on and off the bike. Beyond racing, Nory documents her journey through regular training and race updates, and is passionate about mentoring younger riders coming into the sport. Now beginning her junior year and a running start program at Bellevue College, she’s motivated by the opportunities ahead and driven to see just how far she can go.

Riding since he can first remember and racing downhill since 2024, Ryder has quickly risen to the top in the Pacific Northwest racing scene. With dominating results, including a win at the Sea Otter Classic Downhill in 2025 and NW Cup Finals in 2024, as well as multiple podium finishes in the 2024 Cascadia Dirt Cup enduro series, Ryder is excited to work with a new team to continue pushing his riding and developing his race craft.

As a second year junior, race age 18 in 2026, Ryder is looking forward to continuing to expand his racing experience by pursing more national level races through the Monster Pro Downhill Series.

Elliott is a 14-year-old downhill racer from Redmond, WA, already boasting over 70 Roots & Rain race results. Racing bikes since the age of six, he now steps into the Junior Expert U17 category with big goals and serious momentum. A multiple-time NW Cup race winner and overall champion, Elliott balances racing with creating content for his growing Instagram audience (@elliott.bikes, 3.7k followers) and competing as a midfielder for the Washington Surf B11 Elite soccer team. His next targets include National Championships, the Monster Pro Downhill Series, and the US Open — and he’s hungry to make his mark.
